AppScreenShots ("we", "us", or "our") operates the website at app-screenshots.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our service. Please read this policy carefully. If you disagree with its terms, please cease use of the service.

Account information: When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from Google's OAuth service. We store this in our database to identify your account.

Project data: Screenshots, canvas designs, and template data you create are stored in your account on our servers (Firebase Firestore and Firebase Storage).

Payment information: Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number or CVV. We receive a Stripe customer ID and subscription status.

Usage data: We collect anonymous analytics via Google Analytics (Firebase Analytics) including pages visited, session duration, and browser/device type. This data is aggregated and not linked to your personal identity.

• To authenticate your identity and manage your account
• To process subscription payments via Stripe
• To respond to your support requests and contact form submissions
• To understand how the service is used and improve it (analytics)
• To send transactional emails (e.g., subscription receipts)

Our service is built on Google Firebase. Your data is stored in Firebase Firestore and Firebase Storage, hosted on Google Cloud infrastructure. We use Firebase Analytics (powered by Google Analytics 4) to collect anonymised usage statistics. Google's privacy practices are described at policies.google.com/privacy.

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with the following service providers as necessary to operate the service:

• Google (Firebase, Analytics, OAuth) — infrastructure and authentication
• Stripe — payment processing

We may disclose your information if required by law or in good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with legal proceedings.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at customer.fundev@gmail.com. Analytics data is retained per Google's standard retention policy (default 14 months).

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), Firebase's server-side security rules, and OAuth 2.0 authentication. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate personal data
• Request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten")
• Opt out of analytics tracking (via browser extensions or privacy settings)
• Port your data to another service

We use session cookies to maintain your authenticated state and localStorage to store your theme preference. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Google Analytics may set its own cookies for analytics purposes.

Our service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, contact us immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
