Terms of Service

By accessing or using AppScreenShots at app-screenshots.com ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all the terms, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

AppScreenShots is a browser-based design tool for creating App Store and Google Play Store screenshots. The Service includes a canvas editor, device mockup library, template gallery, multi-locale management, and cloud storage for your projects.

You must sign in with a valid Google account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You may not use another person's account or share your account credentials.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms, are inactive for an extended period, or engage in fraudulent activity.

Free plan: Limited to 1 project, 5 slides per project, 1 locale, 30 MB storage, and watermarked exports. Available at no cost.

Pro plan: Unlimited projects, 5 slides per project, all locales, extended storage, HD export without watermark, and access to all templates and elements. Billed monthly or annually via Stripe.

Billing: Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time via the Stripe billing portal accessible from your profile. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused time.

Price changes: We will provide at least 30 days notice before changing subscription prices. Continued use after the price change takes effect constitutes acceptance.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Upload content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or any software designed to damage the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or data
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the Service
• Use the Service to create content that is defamatory, obscene, or harmful
• Exceed storage or project limits through technical circumvention

Your content: You retain all ownership rights to the screenshots, designs, and creative works you produce using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store and process your content to provide the Service.

Our content: The AppScreenShots software, templates, device mockups, UI, and branding are owned by us and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them outside the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $50 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AppScreenShots, its operators, and affiliates from any claim, demand, loss, liability, and expense (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to the Service, other users, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We are not liable for any loss resulting from termination.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction, as applicable.
